Adipose Cutaneous Lymphedema

Autonomic dysfunction manifesting in the skin, belly fat, and lymphedema.

Examples of an autonomic nervous system struggles that are manifesting visibly at the surface. Skin issues may be a problem in both the hypodermis and deep fascia. Stubborn fat and “love handles” can be a reflection of a metabolic dysfunction related to the deep fascia, as well as adipose accumulating abnormally in the hypodermis. Persistent lymphedema can also be a reflection of deep and superficial tissue dysfunction. All of these often have components that can be helped with cupping. Middle image from longevitylive.com.
