Many girls and women of all ages suffer with (or have in the past) menstrual problems such as heavy bleeding, cramping, pain, nausea, headaches, irregularity, and more. While birth control, pain medications, and even surgery may help, they do not address the underlying causes leaving many girls/women contending with persistent symptoms. Left unresolved, such problems often lead to many of the issues women deal with later in life such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and a host of other disorders. You can read more about this in my prior post on menstrual disorders.
I hope you as well as a friend, mother, daughter, or sister will join us to learn more about how the fascia and connective tissue environment can be successfully addressed to improve, eliminate, and even prevent many such life-altering issues.
Wishing you health and joy!
Colleen
